Please note: As a military surplus store, we carry many used and surplus products. Used and surplus products may have minor differences from the description, or photo. If you have any questions or concerns about used surplus products, please contact us before purchase.

 Return policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all item packaging (bags/boxes/protective plastic sleeves/tags). Please note: This does not mean the item must be returned in the original shipping box and shipment materials. We will not accept a return on an item that has been damaged, laundered, altered or worn. Please make sure your footwear is the correct size before wearing the item outside, we cannot accept footwear that has been soiled or damaged. No Returns on Gas Masks. 

When returning your item, you can use the original box you received, or any plain cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove or cover them.

Shipping charges are not refundable and are the customers responsibility. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Most packages take 1-5 business days to be shipped back to us, but please check with your shipping provider to track any packages returning to our facility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and full reimbursement will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your method of payment, it may take 2-10 business days after your refund has been processed for it to post to your account.

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
