Q: How do I place an order?

A: When placing an order, simply browse our Shop Now or Collections categories. You can find the Shop Now on the menus top left side, click on the arrow to proceed to the pull down(s) you would like to view. You can also click directly on Shop Now to proceed to the Collections categories.

Q: How do I know when my order was shipped?

A: We will keep you updated on the status of your shipment by emailing you and providing a tracking number. If you have recently completed an order and have not received an email, the order is still being processed.

Q: Can I cancel or add to an order once it's been submitted?

A: Orders are sent immediately to the warehouse for fulfillment if you must make an adjustment, contact us by emailing as soon as possible at info@pigeonpostmilitary.com

 

Q: Will I always get the exact item pictured?

A: When purchasing military surplus, items may have minor differences from the photos and description, condition, markings, years, shading and labels might vary. When purchasing collectible items you will receive what the picture actually shows.

Q: What is that odor on my military item?

A: On certain items there will be an odor that has been dubbed the "Military Surplus Smell", this occurs when the items are in storage for an extended amount of time. The smell can be best described as a musty storage smell. Most of the time, this smell will fade. It's actually a great thing, when you smell this you know you are dealing with GENUINE military surplus.
